GE Submission Guidelines
Foundation Area GE Credit Guidelines:

Please submit to the GE Governance Committee the following information:

  1. An approved CIMS form and syllabus for each proposed course.
  2. A completed GE Course Information Sheet for each proposed course.

Routing Procedures
Please submit the complete packet of course materials electronically to Myrna Dee C. Kikuchi at cover letter should be addressed as follows:

The General Education Governance Committee will notify departments after the workgroups have made a recommendation. Approval from the Undergraduate Council is required before a course is certified with General Education credit. Departments, Counselors, the College FEC, and the Registrars Office are notified upon approval from the Undergraduate Council.
